Dear Mom,
Am writing this along with an ordinary free letter and wish you would tell me which gets there first.
I am well and still having a good time when I get a chance which is not too bad as I have the chance often enough.
Hope all is well at home – is Aunt Doll still improving – say – how does Eli like the Army?
How is Frank Jennings getting along? Sure hope he is making it okay. When you see him tell him I asked about him and to write.
Tip sure am glad you got Mom’s kitchen fixed up and from all the comment in the letters it is really somethin’ – say tip if you go up to Baltimore to work don’t let them talk you into being a Yankee – every pilot now in my outfit is a Yankee and we fight all the time.
Love,
Rogers
